Complex for the Production of SURIMI Products.

The production complex designed by REGRAND with a total area of ​​more than 2000 m² is intended for the production of SURIMI products with a capacity of up to 1600 kg of product per hour. The main technological equipment for the production was ordered by "REGRAND" by one of the world leaders in this field of mechanical engineering - the "YOUNGNAM" company (South Korea). In addition to the main types of products (crab stick, snow crab and super snow crab), it is possible to produce up to 12 additional subspecies of products and semi-finished products, including in the form of preserves.
